How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can follow it step by step until it arrives.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

At the moment, we only serve customers within the United Arab Emirates to ensure fast delivery and reliable service.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How quickly do you deliver?

We process all orders within 1 business day, and delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on your location in the UAE.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We believe shipping shouldn’t be an extra burden, so we provide free delivery on every order, no matter the value.

What if my order arrives late?

Delays are rare, but if they happen, we stay in touch with you. You can always reach us, and we’ll contact the courier to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, but please let us know within 12 hours of placing the order through WhatsApp or email. After the courier picks it up, we can’t change the address.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you before attempting delivery. If you’re not available, they will reschedule at a convenient time.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. No hidden fees, no extra charges.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

Can I return or exchange my order if I don’t like it?

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days, but only if the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We want you to be happy with what you receive.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. We take full responsibility and cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns

How do I get my refund?

Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed manually through COD. Our team will stay in touch with you during the process so you always know the status.
