  • RAHEENS.STORE accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.

  • COD is free of extra charges or verification steps.

  • Payments are processed securely at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within the UAE only.

  • Orders are processed within 1 day and delivered within 2–4 days on average.

  • Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

  • RAHEENS.STORE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Customers can request returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products.

  • RAHEENS.STORE covers return shipping costs, and no restocking fees apply.

  • Refunds are processed manually via COD.
