Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved by us before sending. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is paid by RAHEENS.STORE.

  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package once your return is approved.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
All items can be returned if they meet the above conditions. We currently do not have specific non-returnable items, but sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are allowed if the product is damaged or has an issue.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to cancel.

Refunds:

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Refunds for COD orders are processed manually by the seller.

  • Refund processing may take a few business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at raheens.store@gmail.com.
